By using poseidondivingclub.com or booking any service offered by Poseidon Diving Club Crete, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Operator
Poseidon Diving Club Crete operates from Mades Bay, Crete, Greece, and is subject to Greek law and the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
2. Diving Activities
Scuba diving and snorkeling are physical activities that carry inherent risk. Before participating you must: (a) declare any medical conditions, (b) follow instructor briefings exactly, (c) sign the standard SSI/medical waiver. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met.
3. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after explicit reply from us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Payment is taken on site before the activity unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation
- Cancellation by you 48+ hours in advance: full refund.
- Less than 48 hours: 50% retained.
- Cancellation by us due to weather, safety, or force majeure: full refund or free rescheduling.
5. Equipment & Insurance
Diving equipment, SSI registration fees, and dive accident insurance are included in every price. Bringing your own gear earns a tiered discount per item — please notify us in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, text, logos, and code on this site belong to Poseidon Diving Club Crete or are used under license. Do not republish without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The site is offered "as is". We make best effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. Prices and availability are subject to change.
8. Jurisdiction
Any dispute is governed by Greek law and resolved exclusively by the courts of Heraklion, Crete.
